What to Expect After Booking
Book Your Rental
After exploring our rental options, simply pick the date and time you would like to rent your rental for, and pay directly online to confirm your time slot.
Sign Rental Agreement
After booking your rental online, you will receive a rental agreement contract, read through your agreement and sign. The email will include instructions on how to sign and send your documents.
Security Deposit
Once your pick-up date or delivery date comes, and before taking your rental, you will have to leave a security deposit with us to cover any damages endured. If no damages are dealt to your rental, we will refund you 100% of the security deposit.
Recieve Rental
Once you have left a security deposit, you are free to take your rental!
Return Rental
Please return your rental the same to the same location that you have collected it for the recipient. Late returns are subject to late fees, please make sure to inform us if you are going to be late to make sure our team is prepared to receive your rental on time and to avoid any delays from our end.
